問: 已經學過 [郭林氣功] 的同學:2022年,怎樣練好郭林氣功?
答: 孫老師:
  1. 正確認識 [郭林氣功],明確練功的目的: 練功是為了身體健康;要取得練功的成果,必須樹立三心:信心、決心、恆心。一定要保證在睡好、吃好、休息好、心平氣和狀態中去練功。 如遇身體不適、氣候惡劣、疫情嚴重…一律不要勉強練功、外出練功。 身體虛弱時:可多練慢功、按摩功。 嗓子不適時,一定不要練吐音功、特快功。

  1. 要努力提高自己練功的質量: 要積極參加“北美群”組織的學習活動,勤奮提高自己的功法、功理與辨證練功的水平。
  1. 在疫情嚴重時期,一定要遵守政府[防疫規定]: 要在做好防護隔離情況下,繼續“辨證”練功,以提高自己的免疫功能、抗病能力。如果已經感染“新冠病毒”,一定要做好自我隔離;不得外出練功。 要在隔離房間好好休息,依據自己身體情況,定時選練“定步功”, “升降開合松靜功”, “手棍功”, “頭部按摩功”….等。可以採用“松靜站立”“松靜端坐”“松靜平躺”多種形式練功,也能獲得較好的練功效果。
  1. 在天氣寒冷冰雪季節;一定要保證“安全”練功。 建議: 室內、室外相結合練功。室外練行功、快功;室內練靜功、慢功。在室外練功,更要做好“預備功“的“預備功”;一定穿戴好禦寒的衣、褲、帽、手套、防滑鞋子。選擇避風、無冰雪、有陽光的時間與場地練功;也要調整好自己的“練功速度”, “呼吸強度”與“練功功時”。
  1. 請記住:在練功過程中遇到了困惑?遇到了自己不能解決的問題?一定要主動聯絡老師。 雲彩老師一定會預約時間,採用網絡視頻形式與你交流,為你查功,並與你共同商討修訂你的《練功方案》。

  1. A correct understanding of "Guo Lin Qigong", clarify the purpose of practicing it: Practicing qigong is for the sake of our good health; in order to achieve the results of practicing qigong, the following must be established: confidence, determination, and perseverance. When practicing qigong, make sure you are in a state of good sleep, good food, good rest, and peace of mind. If you are unwell, the weather is bad, the epidemic is serious... DO NOT force yourself to practice qigong; DO NOT force yourself to practice outdoor. When the body is weak: You can practice slow exercises and massage exercises more. When your throat is uncomfortable, you must not practice pronunciation exercises and extra-fast-walking exercises.

  1. Strive to improve the quality of your practice: Actively participate in the learning activities organized by the "North American Group", diligently improve the level of your skills, theories, and practice in a dialectical approach.
  1. During the severe pandemic period, we must abide by the government's pandemic restrictions: Under good protection and social distance, continue to practice in a dialectical approach to improve your immune system and disease resistance. If you have been infected with the virus, you must self-isolate; you are not allowed to go out to practice. Take a good rest in the isolation room, according to your physical condition, choose to practice regularly the "Fixed-Step Walking" exercise, the "Up, Down, Open, Close" exercise, the "Palm Rolling Rod Massage" exercise, the "Head Massage" exercise.... etc. You can practice the exercises in various forms, such as "Relaxing Standing", "Relating Sitting", "Relaxing Lying Down", and you can also get good results.
  1. In the cold and snowy seasons; be sure to practice "safely". Suggestion: Combining indoor and outdoor exercises. Practicing natural walking and fast walking exercises outdoor. Practicing static and slow exercises indoor. When practicing outside, it is even more important to do the "preparatory exercise" well. Be sure to wear warm clothes, pants, hats, gloves, and non-slip shoes. Choose a time and venue that is sheltered from the wind, free from ice and snow, and it is sunny; also adjust your "practice speed", "breathing intensity" and "practice duration".
